Secure Shipping: B2B Anti-Shock Packaging

Cannoli Shells Packaging

An old adage from pastry chefs goes: "The best cannolo is the one that arrives whole." And for us, shipping across Europe, this is the top priority.

What does it mean to transport fragile shells for thousands of kilometers? We conducted rigorous tests to design our corrugated cardboard "Anti-Shock Cases". Our internal trays, protected by food-grade bubble wrap, distance individual cannoli or pack them bulk in optimal quantities, reducing internal shaking and collisions.

Test results show that the breakage percentage, compared to standard industrial packaging, is slashed by over 95%, zeroing out the need for discounts or refunds for damaged goods to our HoReCa clients.

Frequently Asked Questions about Packaging & Shipping

What is the breakage risk during shipping?
Shells are fragile, but our dedicated anti-shock cartons drastically reduce breakage in transit; for larger volumes we ship on an insured pallet.
From how many units do you ship on a pallet?
For volumes above 10 cartons we palletise on an insured pallet with a dedicated courier; below that we use double anti-shock cartons.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes. For extra-EU shipments we agree Incoterms and customs documentation case by case, depending on the destination country.
What should I do if goods arrive damaged?
Document the condition of the parcels with photos on delivery and contact us immediately: we assess each case to find the quickest solution.
